Top quality and lovely welcoming hotel in a central location. Absolutely courteous, exceptionally welcoming staff team at the reception desk. Location so close to up the 134 steps through the old town to the summit, and major attractions, stores and train.

This hotel was good overall, with no aspect less than acceptable, and it was an especially good value. If we return to Le Puy en Velay, we will check rates and availability here again before looking elsewhere. Also, it's the first time we've stayed in an "All Seasons", and frankly it was impressive in terms of both value and absolute level of quality.
It was completely acceptable, and far above many "good" accommocations in western Europe, but non-European travelers should keep in mind that the plumbing in ancient structures, even when refurbished, tends to emit strong odors, and the ventilation systems (air conditioner, heater) can be a bit less effective than what you may find elsewhere.

pleasant helpful staff, good location the walk to the sights and centre. Secure private parking for 6 euros a night. Plenty of places to eat nearby and also in the hotel.
